As HB Amsterdam has grown, so has the structure behind our player development programme. We work with professional coaches, scouts and a dedicated analysis team to support the development and evaluation of our players. Our staff focuses on multiple aspects of the modern game.

By combining coaching, scouting and performance analysis, we aim to create a professional environment in which players can understand their strengths, identify areas for improvement and prepare themselves for the demands of the next level.
